There &lt;em&gt;has&lt;/em&gt; to be a minimum level of filtering to block pornography and the like. I&#039;m not suggesting we totally remove filters. I&#039;m suggesting the filters block what is required for E-Rate funding (I &lt;em&gt;do&lt;/em&gt; agree with this level of  filtering), but not much beyond that.

Let&#039;s educate our students to use the internet. Right now we&#039;re educating them on how scared teachers and administrators are of the internet.</description>
